In collaboration with Syria Immunization Group, Idlib Health Directorates held a celebration on this occasion on Thursday 25th April 2019. This occasion is usually celebrated by World Health Organization WHO during the last week of April every year. The aim of this celebration is to raise awareness and remind people around the World of the importance of regular and continuous vaccinations as a basis for health and the only way to protect people from infectious and dangerous diseases. According to WHO, about three million people are saved throughout the World. Reinforcing immunity is one of the most effective measures to maintain public health and mitigate infectious diseases and mortalities.
