Idlib Health Directorate has inaugurated a new Specialized Department of Pediatrics at Avicenna Hospital in Idlib City. This new department provides Ambulance services, incubation, Intensive care and hospitalization services. Out-patients, a laboratory, pharmacy and Isolation ward are also operated.
It is worth mentioning that this department is supported by Syrian American Medical Society SAMS, whereas Sustainable International Medical Relief Organization SIMRO has already did restoration and maintenance works for the hospital which was inoperable.
